About the role
SiTime is seeking a Director, Test Engineering to lead a team and drive the development of production test solutions for SiTime’s precision timing products. We are looking for a highly technical leader and strategic thinker, working cross-functionally and with manufacturing partners to develop complex and highly optimized production systems enabling SiTime’s game-changing products. What they're looking for
- Minimum MS Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
- Minimum 8 years of related work experience
- Experience as a technical leader, demonstrated ability to deep-dive to solve technical challenges
- Background in semiconductor test development for high-volume mixed-signal ICs
- Hands-on knowledge and experience with analog electronics
- Experience with test software development (C++ or similar)
