About the role
The Global Payroll Manager leads the strategy, operations, and continuous improvement of payroll processes across the United States, EMEA, Canada, and APAC. This role oversees the accurate and compliant processing of approximately 400 payroll cycles annually worldwide and is responsible for developing a high‑performing team, strengthening vendor relationships, ensuring rigorous audit readiness, and driving analytics that inform business decisions. What they're looking for
- BS/BA degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive payroll experience , with extensive hands-on expertise managing global payroll across EMEA, Canada, and APAC
- Strong experience managing and developing a payroll team
- Demonstrated excellence in critical thinking, analytical reasoning, and structured problem‑solving
- Advanced Excel skills required, experience with dashboards, complex formulas, and data modeling strongly preferred
- Experience with major payroll and HRIS systems (ADP, Workday, UKG, etc.)
