About the role
The Trade Compliance Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of SiTime's global trade compliance program. This role will serve as the company's primary operational trade compliance resource, ensuring compliance with U.S. export control, sanctions, and customs regulations while supporting business growth and customer responsiveness. - Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Supply Chain, Engineering, Law, or a related discipline
- 8+ years of experience in export compliance, global trade compliance, customs compliance, or related regulatory functions
- Experience supporting technology, semiconductor, electronics, aerospace, or defense-related products
- Experience managing systems implementations
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, operations, supply chain, and commercial organizations
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
