What they're looking for
- MS in Electrical Engineering, Physics or equivalent, Mechanical Engineering or Material Science. PhD preferred. Exceptional candidates with other technical backgrounds will be considered
- Skilled scientist with ability to design, conduct, and analyze experiments
- Strong hands-on experience on MEMS/semiconductor fabrication
- Experience running laboratory experiments e.g. RF measurement is a plus
- Experience with Statistical analysis and DOE software, such as JMP or Spotfire
- Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC), yield improvement
