About the role
Responsible for developing hardware and software automated test equipment (ATE) solutions for SiTime’s precision timing devices from NPI (New Product Introduction) through high-volume production. - Education: B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent field
- ATE Experience: 5+ years of test development experience on mixed-signal ATE platforms such as Advantest V93K (PS1600) and Teradyne (J750, uFlex)
- Software: C++, Python, Java, MATLAB, and statistical analysis tools
- Hardware: Analog/mixed-signal circuit design, board-level debugging, oscilloscope, and lab metrology tools for timing/frequency parameters
