What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 5-8 years of hands-on accounting experience, with at least 2-3 years in a similar full-cycle role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online), with demonstrated practical, day-to-day usage
- Strong working knowledge of US GAAP, particularly revenue recognition (ASC 606), accrual accounting, and financial statement preparation
- Proven experience personally processing AP, AR, collections, payroll entries, and GL journal entries — not just in a supervisory capacity
- Experience with full-cycle month-end and year-end close processes

The Senior Accountant will be the primary accounting resource for Skild AI's US and international operations, working hands-on across accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, payroll, and general ledger. This is an operational, individual-contributor role for someone equally comfortable processing an AP invoice and closing the books at month-end.
