- Minimum of three (3) years of quality or safety experience required
- Associate’s degree preferred
- Must have knowledge of quality assurance principles, inspections, audits, and continuous improvement practices
- Must be able to interpret contracts, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements and apply them consistently
- Must be able to analyze trends, prepare detailed reports, manage multiple priorities, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to travel between contract locations and work various shifts as needed to support operational and quality requirements
