- Associate’s degree in Safety, Environmental, or related technical field is required
- 3 – 5 years of previous experience in Safety, Environmental, or related field is required
- Combination of previous experience and education will be considered
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office and Power BI is required.MS Office required
- Must have strong data management and data analysis skills
- Ability to work in a positive manner with a wide range of Tessera executive leadership, site leadership and supervisors on safety topics
