About the role
Serve as a working supervisor by providing hands-on operational support as needed to ensure successful completion of daily dining facility operations. - 2+ years of custodial, janitorial, or facilities operations experience required
- 1+ year of supervisory or lead experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of custodial procedures, floor care equipment, and cleaning chemicals
- Understanding of workplace safety standards, PPE use, and compliance practices
- Experience with scheduling, staffing coordination, and workforce support
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively with employees, leadership, and customers

Work Schedule: Full-Time/ weekdays & weekends / 11:30 am – 8:00 pm (This position requires driving + Enhanced Driver’s License)
