About the role
We’re looking for a Technical Sourcing Recruiter to help us find and engage the people building the future of connectivity. You’ll work closely with our recruiting lead and technical hiring managers to turn hiring priorities into focused sourcing strategies and strong candidate pipelines. You’ll own the front end of the recruiting process: understanding what each team needs, identifying promising talent, writing thoughtful outreach, and leading initial candidate conversations.
