About the role

As a Sensor Integration Engineer at Skyryse, you’ll take a hands-on role in developing, testing, installing, and integrating a broad range of advanced sensors for next-generation programs. The posted salary range reflects the potential base pay for this role, adjusted to account for varying geographic markets. Final compensation will be based on factors such as your location, job-related skills, experience, and internal alignment, including equity and benefits.

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or other related disciplines
  • 2+ years of professional working experience
  • Familiarity with dSpace, SpeedGoat, LabView Equipment or equivalent
  • Familiarity with MATLAB and SIMULINK or equivalent

SENSOR INTEGRATION ENGINEER - CAMARILLO, CA

As a Sensor Integration Engineer at Skyryse, you’ll take a hands-on role in developing, testing, installing, and integrating a broad range of advanced sensors for next-generation programs.

This is a full-time onsite opportunity based out of Camarillo, CA.

  • Support the development of test campaigns using rapid prototyping equipment such as dSpace, Speedgoat, LabView, or similar
  • Work within MATLAB / SIMULINK to model various sensors including IMUs, Altimeters, and more
  • Support integration procedures as defined by a vendor or stakeholder
  • Troubleshoot common communication protocols including RS-232, CAN, UDP,...
