About the role
The Field Supervisor for the Internal Inspection Team is a critical support role for the internal inspections and HSE team. The Field Supervisor is responsible for leading safe and efficient execution of internal wind turbine blade inspections utilizing the SkySpecs internal inspection systems as well as executing annual refresher training and site audits.

- 3+ Experience working in wind turbine operations, blade inspections, rope access, climbing operations, or related field services
- 1+ year proven experience as a SkySpecs-employed Field Technician
- Strong understanding of turbine safety procedures and field operations
- Demonstrated leadership experience in field environments or technical operations
- Ability to lead teams in high-risk operational environments

The Field Supervisor for the Internal Inspection Team is a critical support role for the internal inspections and HSE team. The Field Supervisor is responsible for leading safe and efficient execution of internal wind turbine blade inspections utilizing the SkySpecs internal inspection systems as well as executing annual refresher training and site audits. This role serves as the on-site lead technician and primary authority for daily field operations, including turbine access, climbing operations, confined-space style work inside blades, technician oversight, and worksite control.
The Field Supervisor ensures compliance with all company, customer, and site-specific safety requirements while maintaining operational excellence during inspections. This individual acts as a technical mentor, safety leader, and communication bridge between field personnel and management, promoting a culture aligned with company values, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
The Field Supervisor will work on regular working rotations in the field with internal inspection teams on a 3 week-on, 1-week off rotation.
