About the role
As an Enterprise Implementation Project Manager at Slang, you will own the execution and customer experience of our most complex implementations, pilots, and multi-location rollouts. You will serve as a trusted project leader for Enterprise customers, creating structure from complexity and ensuring every stakeholder, milestone, dependency, risk, and decision is clearly managed from pilot through successful deployment.

- Be a Great Host: Deliver a proactive, thoughtful, white-glove implementation experience that builds trust and makes complex programs feel exceptionally well managed
- Project & Program Management: Build and own structured implementation plans with clear milestones, dependencies, owners, approvals, decision points, and success criteria across pilots and multi-location rollouts
- Rollout Execution: Successfully move Enterprise customers from pilot through phased deployment, balancing speed, quality, customer readiness, and operational complexity
- Risk & Dependency Management: Identify risks early, anticipate downstream impacts, drive issues to resolution, and ensure customers and internal stakeholders are never surprised by preventable problems
- Executive & Customer Communication: Lead clear, confident communication with executives, project owners, operators, and location-level stakeholders while adjusting the level of detail to the audience
- Cross Functional Leadership: Create alignment and accountability across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Technical teams, Support, and customer stakeholders without relying on formal authority

What Your Experience Will Be
As an Enterprise Implementation Project Manager at Slang, you will own the execution and customer experience of our most complex implementations, pilots, and multi-location rollouts. You will serve as a trusted project leader for Enterprise customers, creating structure from complexity and ensuring every stakeholder, milestone, dependency, risk, and decision is clearly managed from pilot through successful deployment.
You will lead cross functional implementation programs involving customer executives, operators, and location-level teams while coordinating closely with Slang’s Sales, Customer Success, Product, Technical, and Support teams. You will build and manage detailed project plans, establish governance and communication cadences, proactively surface risks, drive accountability, and ensure implementations move forward without sacrificing quality or customer experience.
