About the role
You'll join Smartcat's evolving GTM Operations team at a pivotal moment — with the flexibility to work broadly across Sales and Customer Operations, using AI as a core part of how you operate, and the room to shape your focus over time based on business needs and your own strengths. You'll report to the Head of Revenue Operations and have real influence over how the GTM organization runs.
What they're looking for
- Partner with GTM teams to solve operational challenges across the customer lifecycle, from lead management and new-business pipeline through handoffs, renewals, and expansion
- Use AI, automation, and strong systems thinking to simplify workflows, improve team productivity, and reduce manual work
- Deliver clear reporting, analysis, and insights that improve forecasting, planning, pipeline visibility, and business decisions
- Support selected systems, process, or commercial initiatives — such as CRM improvements, Deal Desk, territories, data quality, or GTM tooling — based on current priorities
- Lead cross-functional projects from problem definition through implementation, documentation, adoption, and continuous improvement
- Help shape the evolving GTM Operations function while developing deeper expertise in the areas that best align with business needs and your strengths
