- Have strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Have experience working with SQL
- Are familiar with data modeling tools such as dbt or similar technologies—this is considered a strong advantage
- Have experience with Python or another programming language used for data analysis—this is beneficial but not required
- Are naturally curious and comfortable working with data
