About the role
We are seeking a Solutions Architect who shares our vision of bringing the SmartRent product suite to the rental housing industry. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall project success and customer satisfaction with respect to new product pilots, client feature requests, custom integrations, and general implementation support for new or existing clients.
What they're looking for
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, Sales Engineer, or similar role
- SQL and HTML (or other common programming languages)
- Ability to manage multiple projects from planning and scheduling to gathering and providing feedback
- Experience interacting with C-level clients or other key stakeholders
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, etc.) with the ability to communicate key findings from large data sets
