About the role
We are looking for a part-time IT Associate to join our team. This role will deliver exceptional standards of service, ensuring that all of our equipment and systems are functioning at peak performance and secured against any malicious intent. This requires complex problem-solving partnered with persistent learning and teaching. Knowledge of security at large dinosaur containment facilities is not required.

- Completed coursework related to Bachelor’s degree in IT or similar field
- Experience delivering technical customer service preferred
- This role is part-time, 20-25 hours per week, completed onsite within normal business hours of 9am to 5pm
- Willingness to learn and help others
- Strong communication skills necessary to work with all levels of Smarty
- Detail-oriented and meticulous in problem solving
