About the role
We are looking for a strategic and visionary Leader of Product Marketing who will be responsible for leading our overall go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and sales enablement efforts. SmithRx isn’t just building another technology platform; we are rebuilding the pharmacy benefits category from the ground up.

- Guide Category Creation: Positions SmithRx as a radical departure from traditional PBMs. You will shape market perception and educate the industry on a fundamentally new way to approach pharmacy benefits
- Team Leadership: Hire, lead, and develop a team of high-performing product marketers
- Competitive Intelligence: Oversee competitor analysis to understand the strengths and weaknesses of our competitors and identify gaps in their strategies that we can capitalize on
- Co-Marketing & Growth: Partner with Growth and Brand Marketing Teams to develop campaign narratives, establish partnerships, and execute co-marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and increase brand awareness
