About the role
Job Overview: As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the discovery, definition, and growth of new products built on top of Snapsheet’s core claims platform. This role is building scalable, highly efficient service-driven products that combine software, workflow configuration, data, automation, and people.
What they're looking for
- 7+ years of product management experience building and scaling products, with a strong emphasis on growth, activation, retention, and/or monetization
- Insurance experience strongly preferred, especially property & casualty (P&C)
- Experience improving workflows, increasing efficiency, or materially enhancing how work gets done
- Experience working with configurable platforms or systems rather than greenfield software development
- Proven ability to adapt in fast-changing environments, leading product strategy through ambiguity, shifting market conditions, and evolving business goals
- Strong technical and strategic problem-solving skills, able to translate business and growth objectives into clear product hypotheses, experiments, and roadmaps
