Manage the full life-cycle recruiting process for critical technical roles including Software Engineering, QA, and the rest of the Technology Department Leverage the latest recruitment technology and AI tools to identify and attract elite talent, build live dashboards, automate processes and research evolving market trends
What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years’ experience in full life-cycle technical recruitment, specifically for engineers, QA, and designers within high-growth SaaS environments
- Proven track record as a "technology forward" recruiter with expertise in leveraging AI and modern sourcing platforms like Juicebox, x-ray, Linkedin Recruiter, Ashby, and Claude/Chat GPT
- Exceptional storytelling, marketing, and closing skills with the ability to engage and secure top-tier talent
- Demonstrated ability to use data and dashboards to manage hiring pipelines and advise senior leadership
- Meticulous attention to detail and a strong "customer obsession" mindset for candidates and internal stakeholders
