About the role
The Home Equity Closing team manages the final stages of the loan process by working directly with members and title partners to schedule closings, prepare accurate closing packages, and keep loans moving efficiently.
What they're looking for
- Two or more years of recent mortgage loan closing experience
- Experience reviewing and preparing mortgage closing documents
- Experience communicating directly with borrowers or members throughout the closing process
- Working knowledge of TRID requirements and Closing Disclosures
- Conventional mortgage loan experience
- Ability to manage a mixed loan pipeline while meeting production and turnaround-time expectations
