About the role
As an Associate Video Editor at Solace, you'll help bring our stories to life through thoughtful, high-quality video.
What they're looking for
- 0–2 years of professional, academic, or personal video editing experience. We care more about the quality of your work than your title history
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or comparable professional editing software
- A strong foundation in editing, pacing, visual storytelling, and post-production fundamentals
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Experience or familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM), media organization, or structured file management
- Basic understanding of audio editing, color correction, codecs, formats, and video compression
