About the role
Drive Operational Excellence: Find bottlenecks and inefficiencies across the patient journey (intake, match, active care) and in advocate workflows. Don’t wait for the ticket queue: surface the problems worth solving and turn complex data into operational improvements that move the business forward. Model Capacity & Throughput: Analyze advocate utilization, caseloads, and supply/demand balance so Operations can staff ahead of growth instead of behind it. What they're looking for
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics , including time in healthcare operations (health tech, provider, payer, or care delivery) where data directly informed operational decisions
- Healthcare operations fluency: You understand how care delivery actually runs, including intake, scheduling, caseloads, and SLAs, and you know where the operational data tends to break
- Business impact orientation: You judge your work by the business outcome it produced, not by what you built. You lead with the “so what” before the methodology and can speak to the impact of your work without being prompted
- Advanced SQL & Snowflake: You write efficient, complex queries against cloud data warehouses like Snowflake
- BI & dashboarding: Strong experience designing interactive dashboards and reports. Hex (or a similar notebook-based BI tool) is highly preferred, Looker, Tableau, or Metabase experience is also valuable
- Data wrangling expertise: You’re comfortable with messy, real-world data, including parsing nested JSON and cleaning unstructured datasets
