About the role
Solovis is looking for a results-oriented Sr. Technical Project Manager to join our technical product delivery team. As a technical project manager, you will work with both product management and our engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of our products. You will apply your knowledge of Agile development techniques to help plan and coordinate the development, testing and release of various products in our portfolio.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree required. Preferably in a technical field
- Minimum four (4) years’ relevant experience, preferably in a product development environment
- Experience leading project teams of 3-10 individuals
- The ability and desire to understand the institutional investing domain
- Ideally, at least 2 years of hands-on technical or development experience
- Relevant certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, PMP) a plus but not required

We value teammates that can think beyond the prescriptive processes found in textbooks and certification exams, and, instead, look to observe and find the optimal solutions to our specific needs and challenges.
You will be responsible for working with multiple products and multiple engineering teams and will help mentor more junior project managers. Being able to able manage multiple streams of work in parallel is essential to success. You should be able to grasp both the business domain and the technical aspects of our business and our products—coming from a technical or developer background will be a major plus.
