- Build and maintain end-to-end features across the stack using Next.js on the frontend and FastAPI , NestJS , or similar backend frameworks
- Develop and manage robust prompt libraries for production-grade LLM agents, with clear documentation, version control, and optimization strategies
- Run A/B tests on prompts to improve accuracy, task completion, and agent behavior across various healthcare workflows
- Architect scalable automations with n8n, and integrate with EHRs, VOIP systems, faxes, Gmail, and other healthcare infrastructure
- Manage messy, real-world healthcare data pipelines with grace and resilience
- Continuously iterate on evals, model performance, and the real-world accuracy of our AI agents
