HR Operations Specialist

About the role

Onboarding: Guide new hires through the onboarding process, ensuring information is captured accurately and all required steps are completed on time and in line with local requirements. Data Quality: Regularly review employee records to catch and correct errors or gaps, keeping employee data accurate, complete, and audit-ready.

What they're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
• Solid, progressive experience in HR operations, ideally spanning multiple HR disciplines (e.g., onboarding, benefits, immigration/relocation, compliance) rather than a single narrow function
• Demonstrated ability to manage processes and initiatives end-to-end — planning the work, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders, tracking progress, and driving things to completion without needing close direction
• Comfortable owning ambiguous or non-routine situations (e.g., a complex visa case, an EOR transition, a benefits escalation) and figuring out the right path forward, escalating only when truly needed
• Experience working with external vendors and partners (e.g., immigration counsel, benefits providers, EOR/PEO partners, background check vendors) and holding them accountable to timelines and quality
• Strong working knowledge of HR systems and technology to manage records and processes
