About the role
Build and lead the Austin CSE Hub: Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing team of Customer Solutions Engineers. Set the culture, operating norms, and execution standards for the hub from day one, creating an environment where people grow fast and customers feel it. Drive customer outcomes at scale: Own the technical health, product adoption, and value realization metrics across the hub's customer portfolio — spanning Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts — ensuring retention and expansion goals are met.
What they're looking for
- Bring 8+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Customer Success Engineering, Technical Account Management, or similar customer-facing technical roles, with at least 3 years in a people management or team lead capacity
- Have a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing technical teams, ideally in a hub, greenfield office, or startup environment
- Demonstrate deep technical fluency in modern software development practices — CI/CD pipelines, code quality, DevSecOps, and Agentic/AI-assisted SLDC — sufficient to coach CSEs and engage credibly with enterprise engineering leaders
- Possess exceptional leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate diverse teams, develop individual career paths, and hold a high bar for execution
- Have strong business acumen and customer empathy, with experience managing complex Enterprise and Mid-Market customer portfolios and navigating executive stakeholder relationships
- Be fluent in English, proficiency in Spanish or other European languages is a plus
