About the role
The Culture & Engagement Partner plays a critical role in strengthening organizational culture, employee engagement, and employee experience across Sonatype. This role partners closely with People leaders, managers, Communications, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and cross-functional stakeholders to design, implement, and scale initiatives that reinforce Sonatype’s mission, values, leadership expectations, and ways of working. - Coordinate enterprise and function-level engagement initiatives that strengthen employee connection, inclusion, collaboration, accountability, and trust
- Partner with leaders and People stakeholders to translate company-wide engagement strategies into targeted business-level and regional action plans
- Support initiatives that improve employee experience across key moments in the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, manager enablement, learning and development, recognition, and offboarding
- Help reinforce organizational priorities and desired ways of working through community and culture campaigns, communication initiatives, and employee engagement activities
