- 10+ years in Growth Marketing, Growth Strategy, Integrated Marketing, consumer technology, marketplaces, or platform businesses
- Experience leading large-scale acquisition, retention, and lifecycle programs for subscription or consumer businesses
- Demonstrated success building growth systems, operating models, and cross-functional organizations
- Deep expertise in experimentation, measurement, attribution, and growth analytics
- Experience managing complex customer journeys and multi-channel ecosystems
- Fluent with AI tools and comfortable building them into growth, discovery, and measurement workflows
