The Role

Source is looking for a General Manager to lead Project Dynamics, Source's recent acquisition, as its primary executive and full P&L owner. This role reports to the CEO on an interim basis while the permanent reporting structure is finalized.

You'll be accountable for every function of the business, including revenue, cash flow, expenses, client relationships, and daily operations. You'll also own the deal thesis, turning the revenue, cost, and timeline assumptions behind the acquisition into real results starting the day the deal closes.

You won't be starting from scratch. You'll inherit a strong project management team, a healthy business development pipeline driven by a tenured sales lead, and two founding owners who are invested in making this transition a success. Your job is to protect what makes Project Dynamics valuable (its people, its clients, and its reputation) while integrating it into Source's platform, systems, and operating model, in close partnership with Sales Leadership, Finance, and Source's corporate functions.
