About the role
This role owns the day-to-day operations of the SpaceX merchandise store, ensuring consistent execution of processes, accurate inventory management, strong customer service, and a high-quality retail experience for employees and visitors. The Merchandise Associate supports both routine store operations and merchandise needs for events and activations.
What they're looking for
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- 1+ years of experience in retail, merchandise, inventory, or customer-facing operations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and launch/event days as needed
- Must be able to work overtime
- Ability to carry large, heavy items unassisted (up to 25lbs)
- Must have the ability to stand for periods up to 8-12 hours a day
