- Associate or bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in corporate real estate, or 7+ years of corporate real estate experience without a degree
- Must be able to travel 5-10%
- This is not a remote or hybrid position and will require relocation if not already local to the Cape Canaveral, FL areas
- Position occasionally requires the ability to work extended hours or weekends when needed
- Ability to pass Air Force background check for Cape Canaveral

SpaceX is growing our Facilities team with the addition of a Real Estate Analyst. SpaceX’s corporate real estate portfolio currently includes owned and leased properties that provide office space, manufacturing, support our test/launch/landing and related operations.
- Support the facilities team with corporate and government real estate matters such as identifying prospective properties of interest, negotiating lease and own acquisitions, dispositions (terminations and subleases/assignments), exercising options and any related matters
- Work closely with Legal, Finance and other related departments to execute real estate transactions, including acceptable terms and conditions, timely and accurate payment, and required document and information delivery
