The Spaceport Experience Specialist plays a key role in designing and delivering best-in-class employee experiences across SpaceX. This role supports the execution of internal and external programming, site activations, wellness offerings, and community-building efforts that enhance culture, boost morale, and drive engagement at our spaceport locations.
What they're looking for
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- 2+ years of experience within the hospitality or operations industry
- Must be willing to travel to various SpaceX locations for mission critical projects
- Ability to provide 24/7 on-call support for emergencies and critical operations
- This position is based in Starbase, TX and requires being onsite – remote work not considered

The ideal candidate is creative, operationally-minded, and has a sharp eye for aesthetics. You’ll be responsible for improving shared spaces, owning internal communications like the monthly Experience newsletter, and helping create environments where employees feel inspired and supported.
