About the role
The Cape Logistics team plays a vital role within the Materials Management organization, overseeing the daily transport and distribution of materials essential to the refurbishment and launch of SpaceX rockets. Our mission is to set the industry standard in logistics performance through a strong safety focus, exceptional on-time delivery, and operational excellence. We are seeking a highly motivated 3rd-shift Supervisor to lead and support the day-to-day logistics operations at our Cape Canaveral facility. - High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, receiving, distribution, supply chain, or materials management
- 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in an operational environment
- Ability to work 3rd shift: 5:00pm - 3:30am
- Willingness to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, as required to meet operational demands
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with the role, including lifting up to 50 lbs., standing, climbing, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, stretching, and carrying
