About the role
The Spaceport Operations Supervisor will develop, manage, market, provide strategic direction, and oversee transportation programs (employee commute shuttles, on-site shuttles, airport shuttles, Tesla rental program, bike share, hovercraft commuter operations, and related amenities) while supporting broader operations including site amenities and customer service.

- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- 3+ years of leadership experience in transportation program management, hospitality, or other corporate employee services programs
- Must be willing to travel to other SpaceX locations for significant/extended periods of time as needed (up to 85% of the time)
- Must be able to relocate to Memphis, TN
