About the role
As a Mid-Market Account Executive at Spade, you're joining at a pivotal moment. Every bank is leaning into an AI strategy, but none of it works without the asset they've never been able to leverage: their own transaction data. Spade unlocks the power of that data. In this entrepreneurial role, you'll own the full sales cycle with banks and credit unions, from sourcing through close.
What they're looking for
- 4+ years of work experience with at least 2+ years in a quota-carrying sales role
- Experience selling into banks and/or credit unions, ideally calling on marketing, data, business, product, or engineering teams
- Ability to run a sales process from sourcing to close
- Entrepreneurial experience working creatively to source and engage with potential customers
- Comfort with conveying value of highly technical products
- Based in NYC with ability to work out of our Flatiron office at least 2 days/week
