About the role
The target salary range for this position is $80,000 - $92,000 , and is part of a competitive total rewards package including benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.

- Develop clinical content and training materials utilizing modern engagement and instructional design techniques
- Deliver high-quality clinical trainings in an engaging and impactful manner
- Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to identify and address specific training needs
- Utilize the ADDIE model to develop thoughtful curriculum and evaluate the effectiveness of training interventions
- Maintain strict adherence to Spring Health policies, confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards
- Collaborate on the expansion of clinical training offerings and the enhancement of outcome measurements
