About the role
The target base salary range for this position is $153,750 - $207,460 , and is part of a competitive total rewards package including equity and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
What they're looking for
- Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with GAAP and applicable regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with the Accounting leadership to oversee the consolidation of financial results across Spring Health’s business units
- Lead the research, interpretation, and implementation of new accounting standards and regulations, providing technical accounting guidance to the Finance team and other stakeholders
- Provide technical accounting support for complex transactions and business initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, new product offerings, revenue recognition, and equity-based compensation
- Collaborate with Sales and other cross-functional teams to review new contract terms and determine the appropriate accounting treatment
- Develop and implement financial reporting and technical accounting policies, procedures, and best practices that improve the efficiency, accuracy, and consistency of financial reporting
