About the role
The target base salary range for this position is $214,000 - $245,000 , and is part of a competitive total rewards package including equity and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.

- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Spring Health’s provider platform
- Develop a deep understanding of the needs of providers across different care-delivery, practice, and caseload models
- Create a flexible provider experience that supports clinical care, practice management, referrals, scheduling, documentation, billing, and payments
- Identify opportunities to simplify fragmented workflows and create a more cohesive experience across the provider journey
- Lead the evolution of mature products and platform capabilities while maintaining reliability, provider trust, and continuity of care
- Partner with provider operations, network, clinical, finance, and commercial leaders to connect product decisions to provider satisfaction, engagement, growth, and business performance
