About the role
The target base salary range for this position is $207,000 - $233,000 , and is part of a competitive total rewards package including equity and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.

- Lead group technical design sessions for large projects, routinely provide high-value feedback in design forums and architectural reviews
- Evaluate new AI tools and techniques, share learnings with the team and help establish standards for AI-assisted engineering
- Decompose significantly complex engineering problems into straightforward, well-scoped solutions
- Coordinate cross-group efforts, keeping everyone informed of appropriate context and progress
- Routinely provide perspective to identify and mitigate risks for others’ projects, not just your own
