About the role
The target base salary range for this position is $184,000 - $211,500 , and is part of a competitive total rewards package including equity and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
What they're looking for
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and other internal teams on transactions and contracting matters that support company growth
- Provide practical, business-oriented legal guidance on commercial and contractual matters, including contract interpretation and risk allocation
- Support Customer Success with client contract-administration processes, including responding to requests, facilitating notices, tracking renewals, and helping ensure appropriate execution of legal documents
- Support procurement and vendor-management activities, including review of third-party terms and negotiation of vendor agreements
- Partner with internal subject-matter experts—including Privacy, Compliance, Regulatory, Security, and Operations—throughout the contract process, from request to execution
- Help ensure adherence to contract-related policies and procedures, troubleshoot and help resolve contract issues and challenges as they arise
