- Provide on-site support to managers, people teams, and members onsite at the customer location Huntsville, AL, the hours for this role will be 8a-4p local time
- Provide management consultation to leaders in order to enhance employee wellbeing and workplace effectiveness
- Conduct assessment to determine Service Agreement and Recovery Plan for referred employees
- Monitor employees’ engagement in the mandatory Drug Free Workplace referral process
- Delivery of critical incident response services
- Conduct trainings and facilitate Spring Health benefit promotion events
