About the role
We are growing rapidly and are looking for a Clinical Operations Liaison to support our clinical leaders as we scale our field operations and clinical teams. You’ll be the connective thread between our NPs and Sprinters (our clinician field staff) and the operational systems that keep them paid, trained, and compliant — handling workforce tracking, payroll compliance follow-up, documentation review, and reporting so clinical leadership can stay focused on patient care, clinical support, and clinical oversight.
What they're looking for
- A desire to work collaboratively with a tight-knit but quickly growing team across many different areas of the business
- Flexibility, humility, and a sense of humor
- Excitement for working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- 2+ years in an operations, coordination, or administrative support role
- Experience managing multiple workflows, trackers, or reports simultaneously
- 2+ years of demonstrated success identifying and implementing AI-driven solutions to optimized workflows and improve operational success
