We’re looking for a Field Technology Specialist who is passionate about supporting reliable, secure technology for in-home healthcare delivery. This role is central to how field clinicians stay equipped and operational at Sprinter — supporting device setup, deployment, day-to-day troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance so care teams can focus on patients, not technology.
What they're looking for
- Startup experience in health tech or patient support operations
- Experience supporting distributed or field-based clinical teams
- Familiarity with tools such as Iru, Jamf Pro, Zendesk, or TeamViewer
- Knowledge of clinical or diagnostic devices, Bluetooth pairing, and wireless troubleshooting
- CompTIA, Mobility+, or other relevant IT certifications
