What they're looking for
- You have real experience in outbound sales , whether as an SDR, BDR, or in a directly comparable high volume, high rejection selling environment
- You can point to specific numbers: dials per day, connect rates, meetings booked, and you can walk someone through your last closed opportunity from first touch to conversion
- You have sold, or sold into, complex organizations with multiple stakeholders , and understand what multithreading actually means in practice
- You are genuinely good on the phone. You think on your feet and build trust through curiosity, not a call script
- You know how to create urgency in a conversation where the buyer did not walk in looking for a solution
- You are commercially curious . You research accounts, understand what makes a buyer tick, and adjust your approach account by account, not template by template
