Lead the design and development of products and solutions for state governments and enterprise customers Work side-by-side with customer delivery leads, engineers, and UX designers to ensure successful projects delivery and deployments
What they're looking for
- 5+ years of experience shipping backend software in statically typed languages, such as C#, Rust, Go, or Java
- Experience shipping modern web frontends that meet accessibility and security standards
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional engineering efforts and deliver production systems
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and devops practices
- Excellent communication skills and experience working directly with customers, ideally in a consulting or delivery role
- Based in the US and excited to engage directly with state government partners

This role combines hands-on software development with consulting and customer success. You will represent SpruceID on the ground with our partners, ensuring our technology is deployed effectively and with lasting impact.
