- Deep expertise in scaling systems and building processes around reliability, observability, and fault-tolerance
- Excellence in Docker, Kubernetes, Azure (or equivalent), Redis, Terraform, Containerization, AWS, PostGres, and Helm
- Ability to analyze complex customer and product requirements and clearly communicate trade-offs between different technical approaches
- Understand how infrastructure decisions directly impact product performance and customer experience
- 5+ years designing, shipping, and operating at-scale infrastructure
- High autonomy and demonstrated ability to drive projects independently

As our Founding Infra/Backend Engineer, you’ll architect the backbone of Spur’s core platform-define, build, and scale mission-critical infrastructure powering our agents.
