About the role
Hunt for data and customer opportunities: leverage our custom internal Stable MCP as your data analyst sidekick. Spin up your own reports and dashboards (with backup from our Data team when you need it). Speak and test directly with users to understand their pain points and needs. Make product decisions: balance intuition, data, and research to determine what to build, what to cut, and when to ship. Own and challenge business goals while empathizing with and advocating for our customers.
What they're looking for
- 6+ years of experience in product design at fast-moving companies
- Experience as a product design generalist: comfortable shifting between research, UI design, systems thinking, and everything in between
- Interest in emerging design tools and AI-assisted workflows. You see where the industry is headed and you’re moving in that direction
- Strong project management skills and a track record of driving projects to completion
- Excellent design foundations (hierarchy, layout, typography, interaction design)
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to break down complex problems into clear, iterative milestones
