About the role
Product Operations is Stack’s Customer-Facing Operations team. We focus on understanding our customer’s needs and ensuring that we execute daily missions in support of those needs. Internally we seek continuous improvement, working to streamline tools and processes used in daily operations to keep our team safe, deliver loads on time, and gather the information our engineering team needs to improve our systems.
What they're looking for
- 5+ years in freight brokerage, carrier operations, or fleet management. Experience managing fleets or commercial accounts is highly preferred
- Deep, practical knowledge of FMCSA regulations, Hours of Service (HOS) exceptions, and DOT safety management controls
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage transportation management systems (TMS) to optimize Stack’s delivery SLA performance and overall efficiency
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment where operational workflows are being built from the ground up
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a track record of managing enterprise-level corporate clients
