About the role
This role will serve as a strategic agency development partner for Programmatic Centers of Excellence, centralized trading teams, and programmatic leadership groups across these Holding Companies. The Senior Agency Development Manager will help agencies understand when, why, and how to use StackAdapt by translating enterprise-level priorities into practical agency activation, platform positioning, and adoption support.

- Translate Holding Company agreements and strategic priorities into clear activation paths tailored to the operating models of Publicis, WPP, and Havas
- Drive agency-level platform adoption by helping Programmatic COEs understand StackAdapt's strengths, ideal use cases, differentiation, and role within the broader DSP landscape
- Partner with COEs and support the Director of Agency Development to execute joint business plans, ensuring StackAdapt is effectively positioned
- Support COE leaders and practitioners with the positioning, follow-up, and targeted education needed to confidently recommend and activate StackAdapt
- Track adoption progress through agency engagement, platform usage, campaign activation, and opportunities influenced
- Serve as a programmatic consultation resource, helping agency teams connect StackAdapt capabilities to common campaign goals, agency use cases, buying models, and activation paths
